DO NOT PURCHASE HERE My experience with this supplier, and specifically with Sophia, was very disappointing. I provided clear written instructions, photos, and layout references for my custom vending machine wrap order, including the exact vinyl color, finish, and product layout specifications. Despite this, Sophia’s team shipped the wrong color vinyl (Diamond Red instead of Diamond Pink) and sent it directly to another supplier for wrapping without providing photos or video confirmation before shipment — even though this was discussed multiple times. Because the product was boxed before verification, there was no opportunity to catch the mistake. When I raised the issue, Sophia repeatedly tried to shift the blame onto me instead of taking accountability for the supplier’s mistake. Her responses were misleading, inconsistent, and dismissive, focusing on small details while ignoring the main problem — that the color and finish were incorrect and caused branding delays and extra costs
